College to Career: How to Build the Pipeline of Women of Color

This program will narrow in on the experiences of women of color and provide insights that consciously support the talent pipeline, from college to career.

Did you know only 7% of organizations have targeted efforts that focus on gender and race? Forward thinking organizations have an opportunity to be intentional in building the diversity pipeline by focusing on the intersectional experience. In this engaging program we will focus specifically on building the talent pipeline for women of color (WOC), from early career to mid-management.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the current state of women of color in college & early career.
  • Explore opportunities to support women of color through college into early career.
  • Gain practical tools to ensure talent pipeline efforts support a culture of belonging.
