Attendees will learn methods to determine where your organization stands on moving forward with DEI Initiatives.
In 2019 the Texas Society of Association Executives adopted a big undertaking to map out a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic initiative for the organization. How do you even know where to start? What should we be asking? How can we help others see the importance of DEI? See how TSAE pushed forward through surveys and focus groups to not only define and adopt a DEI position statement but build out a DEI committee as well as create a DEI Assessment Tool to assist other organizations create their own organizational path on DEI efforts.
