Generation Z is taking over the workplace with a vengeance: according to ManpowerGroup, this generation of talent will be 30 percent of the workforce by 2030—meaning it’s imperative for companies to understand what makes these employees tick and what they want in an employer. Untapped recently conducted a survey of nearly 800 early talent professionals as they considered the initial steps on their career path. Understanding the attitudes of early job & internship seekers and applying these insights will help your organization improve its talent strategy, outreach messaging, and employment experience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Tangible outcomes that can help you design a culture that attracts Gen Z talent.
  • Best practices to signal that your organization “walks the walk” when it comes to DEIB work.
  • The employment offerings that matter most to early talent.
  • How to incorporate enabling technology that will save your organization time and have a real impact.
