Then learn from Jamie Hale, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager at UPS, as she walks through the BRG program at UPS and shares advice from their BRG playbook. She is responsible for infusing impact into Benevity’s business and culture and overseeing the company’s own inclusion and impact initiatives.

As the host of Benevity’s podcast, Speaking of Purpose, Sona is a frequent guest on shows and in the media discussing topics such as authentic employee engagement and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Jamie Hale is a senior manager on UPS’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team, managing strategy and several key initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining the DEI team, Jamie led various marketing, training, and digital experience projects at UPS and worked in social media marketing at Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons and Lennar Homes. Jamie is a proud alumna of the MBA program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and the University of Central Florida’s Burnett Honors College.
