This sessions seek to help attendees foster a culture of psychological safety and trust, where team members feel comfortable taking risks to speak up and share their questions, concerns, and new ideas. It will assist in enhancing Emotional Intelligence with better communication skills, and promote active listening to ensure that diverse voices and ideas are valued and heard.

This is an engaging and interactive workshop. Participants will discover how the principles and practices of applied improvisation can be harnessed to build stronger teams, foster inclusive environments, and drive innovation.  Through a series of experiential exercises, debriefing discussions, and personal reflections, participants will explore the power of trust, adaptability, and open communication to create a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous participants have raved over the easily remembered action items and the actual FUN they had while learning!

1. Understand the core principles of applied improvisation and easy application to build inclusive and high-performing teams.

2. Explore the role of trust, adaptability, and open communication in creating a culture of psychological safety to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.

She is also an award-winning actor, author, and filmmaker, who co-founded an improv troupe in the 90s and began teaching applied improv to businesses in 1995.
