Standardizing the Field

SHRM is poised to “change the game” in the D&I field in a big way this year. Over the past year, more than 200 practitioners, consultants, academicians, business leaders, researchers and other thought leaders have worked with SHRM to design and develop the first ever ANSI-certified National Standards in Diversity & Inclusion. In this opening session featuring Henry G. (Hank) Jackson, CPA & Dr. Shirley Davis Sheppard, you’ll be informed, inspired, and invigorated as you learn about the process, explore the standards to be launched, meet the taskforce leaders and hear what’s new and exciting in 2013 and beyond.
