Last year LinkedIn's recruiting team, led by LinkedIn's Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Brendan Browne, set out to develop a new global recruiting methodology that harnessed data to hire the best person for the job, faster. During this session, Browne will explain how this new recruiting methodology works globally, how it helped his team achieve significantly higher InMail response rates, and applicant-to-onsite and applicant-to-offer conversion rates, and how you can use it to recruit better across borders.
