MEGA SESSION: Change Management: Mastering the Skill of Influence

SHRM 2015 Annual Conference
Learn how to gain influence during your change management efforts by applying a proven, multi-faceted strategy that motivates and enables change.

What truly influential HR professionals understand is that the key to creating change is intentional influence - the ability to both motivate and enable employee performance. Drawing from the skills of successful leaders, successful change efforts, and more than six decades of the best social science research, Grenny will share a proven model for leading change, a model that was named the Change Management Approach of the Year by MIT's Sloan Management Review. We will explore case studies to learn how others have successfully influenced strategically critical behavior change in their companies and how you can increase your capacity to influence rapid, sustainable change in your own organization.
