SHRM 2015 Annual Conference
Learn how to create a modern, effective performance management program that embraces eight fundamental shifts in how we think about our people.

Rather than continuing to apply a years-old system that shows little sign of improving business results, how do you instead open conversations, build excitement, and move your organization forward? Chandler will walk you through the process of how to start building a performance management system that addresses the workplace shifts of the 21st century. This session will show you how to:

  • Identify your organization's key business drivers as well as your strategic people goals.
  • Tailor your unique performance management approach to optimize those strategic goals through the three fundamental functions of performance management.
  • Follow the basic steps to build support for a modern performance management program among your organization's decision makers.
