MEGA SESSION: Scandals & Screw-Ups: Learning HR Best Practices from Today's Headlines
Our culture loves a scandal: we watch intently as people rise to fame but are just as intrigued as they crash into notoriety. Often times it is mismanagement and ineffective crisis management that are to blame. This session will provide practical HR management concepts through time-tested and valuable lessons from the well-publicized mistakes of others. Hare will show you how to spot issues, evaluate exposures, and take effective action. Leave with an understanding of how to respond to scandals and disasters in a prudent and legally compliant manner.
