Increasingly, mental illness is being recognized as a critical organizational condition challenging stakeholder and organizational productivity, in turn enterprise sustainability. This presentation examines the impact of mental illness on workplace productivity, provides a model for workforce engagement and offers recommendations for leadership involvement.
