SOLD OUT - #707: HR Metrics that Matter: The Process of Developing a Business Scorecard

SHRM 2015 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session will provide you with specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely methods for tracking and communicating business results.

Failure to design and deploy sustainable HR metrics often results in an organization continuing to operate in a "blame" mode that is perceived by the workforce as a lack of true commitment to the organization. This interactive workshop outlines the process for developing, tracking, communicating and presenting workgroup business goals and objectives. You will learn the importance of a common business focus to organizational success through the development of a mission statement and specific, measurable business goals.  This workshop will show you:

  • How to develop, track, and implement key business objectives.
  • The processes of business scorecards and action registers to drive accountability.
  • How to set behavioral expectations and audit performance.
