Accommodating extended leave requests and implementing disability accommodations can be burdensome. However, the law does have its limits. This session will discuss the various disability-related laws and regulations as well as provide guidance on when you have satisfied your duties. You will learn:

·         The most common problems both employers and managers face.

·         How to effectively navigate the interactive process.

·         How to determine when an employee's leave becomes an undue hardship.

·         When you may safely end the interactive process or consider terminating disabled employees.
