MEGA SESSION Become A Chief Operating Trouble Maker and Define True Leadership

SHRM 2016 Annual Conference & Exposition
Workplace Application: This session will prepare you with tools and processes to drive organizational success through innovation, leadership and human capital.

A Chief Operating Trouble Maker is assigned to those who refuse status quo and challenges the system for the better. This session will examine the business buzzwords “strategic, engagement, innovation“ and will challenge you to tear down the walls of a static corporate culture. If you believe HR is a true leader of change and you have the vision to drive success in your company through visionary leadership, this is the session for you. This session will show you how to:

·         Redefine strategies by tearing down the stagnate corporate walls.

·         Drive engagement by shifting the culture from managing to leading.

·         Infuse innovation by destroying the “Kindergarten-learned mentality” of thinking inside the lines.

·         Rebuild a vision whereby HR will challenge the corporate system to make it better.
