Referring to life lessons learned in dealing with three small children, this presentation will address several of the headaches that come with managing people, as well as some of the common mis-steps that supervisors/managers make. You will learn how to a better communicator, how to deal with diverse teams, when to ask for help  and how to alleviate the stress of supervision.
