HR in small businesses is often pulled in so many different directions that it's easy to lose sight of the new priorities facing our profession. Based on a survey of actual small business HR professionals, this session is a collection of your voices bringing to light the issues you face. This session will help you:

  • Identify the top five priorities facing HR in small businesses.
  • Determine why they are priorities; including changes in laws, business environment, and economic drivers.
  • Learn about practical and inexpensive (even free!) solutions pulled from research from practitioners that small businesses can use right away.
