A comprehensive session designed to help staff and leaders develop an in-depth understanding of discrimination in the workplace and how it impacts workplace belonging and cultivating psychologically safe workplaces. 

This session is a great opportunity for those who are aspiring, new or seasoned leaders and those staff committed to maintaining an inclusive and safe workplace culture. 

Kylie provides participants with tools to identify discrimination, and psychosocial hazards and address harmful workplace situations and policies, as well as develop practices to ensure the well-being and psychological safety of all employees, which directly impacts revenue, retention, productivity, and overall morale.
