How to Transform Employee Fatigue into Employee Engagement

This session will provide you with the skills to recognize when your team is flailing and will provide approaches to ignite energy in your culture. This session will address the five signs of a fatigued workforce as well as examples of HR leaders who have had success infusing energy into their company’s culture.
Derek Irvine

In addition to his role leading consulting services for Globoforce, Derek also oversaw the company’s marketing and rewards functions from 2000 to 2010.
