#802: Coaching Your Emerging Leaders to Success: How to Use Your HR Role to Inspire Greatness
Along with being a fountain of knowledge and resources for your emerging leaders, you are called on to provide them with individual support: you inspire, challenge, course-correct, mentor and question: in other words, you coach them. This workshop from an Executive Coach with thousands of hours of experience covers the principles of what to do (and what not to do!) to take that support to the next level. We will use the International Coach Federation (independent accrediting body for coaches) list of Core Coaching Competencies to give you a new tool box of techniques to use with those highly skilled employees. This workshop will show you how to:

- Ask powerful questions to create awareness.
- Create an open environment for deep conversation.
- Apply techniques to move your employees forward with velocity and accountability.
