Heather Faire is an HR leader with over 25 years of experience. She has been with The Coca-Cola Company since 2006, where lead HR partnership for several global functions and most recently, is Group HR Director for the North America Business Unit and Strategic Marketing.

Heather began her HR career with Household Trust in Toronto, Ontario and since then, has held progressive HR roles for global organizations such as AKZO Nobel, PPG, PPR and Tyco International. Heather is a graduate of University of Toronto where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Heather is a born and bred Canuck currently working and residing in Atlanta with her husband, son, daughter and collection of stiletto heels. She spends most of her free time managing the drama and chaos of two teenagers and a spouse’s start up business. When she is not focused on family, Heather is focused on her charitable work and contributing to “Nine to Five”, a business advice column for the Globe and Mail.

Sarah Hutton is currently Human Resources Director for the Venturing and Emerging Brands business of The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this role Sarah has held leadership positions across organizational effectiveness and design, culture and engagement, and talent management. This has included leading organization design and talent management for the Coca-Cola North America/Coca-Cola Enterprises merger integration.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Sarah gained extensive global and multi-industry experience as a senior management consultant with A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. She specialized as a thought leader for the firm in organization effectiveness, merger integration, restructuring and business process redesign.

Sarah represents The Coca-Cola Company on the board of “Cool Girls,” an organization dedicated to driving the academic and life success of disadvantaged girls in Atlanta. She is also passionately committed to her bulldogs and her family.

Sarah has a MSc. Management from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and a B.A. Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

April Miller is an experienced leader who founded the Human Resources Department at SafeAuto when it was just a small insurance company in the private sector. Over the course of 16 years, she developed the Human Resources Department and team into a multifaceted unit and took that expertise to the boardroom. SafeAuto is has now moved into 14 states and is continually growing into new states each year.   

April Miller began her career with SafeAuto Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative in 1994. In March of 1995, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager and in August 1996 to Vice President of Human Resources and Company Secretary. April currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources since 2005. April graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in English. Prior to joining SafeAuto, April had over 10 years of management and human resources experience.

Some of April’s recent achievements at SafeAuto include transitioning the employee benefit plans in order to integrate health and wellness into the everyday business plan of the organization, improving the financial performance of the company’s 401k plan, updating HRIS, LMS and PMS software programs, and improving corporate employment risk.
 
April is very active in the Ohio community. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is on the board of directors for the Ohio Literacy Network. She continues to further her education by taking postgraduate human resources management classes. She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2006, is certified for the Hogan Assessment Systems and the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i).

She is co-author of The Definitive Guide to HR Communication (FT Press, 2011), and co-author of Your Attention, Please (Adams Business, 2006). Davis is a former online columnist for The New York Times and frequently writes articles for business publications, including The Conference Board Review, Communication World and PR Strategist. In 2009, she was rated a top speaker at the SHRM Annual Conference.
Alison is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, the Public Relations Society of America and the Communication Leadership Exchange. Alison earned her B.A. from Douglass College, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Joshua Crary was born with Choroideremia (CHM), a rare, inherited eye disorder that causes retinal deterioration and blindness. 26-year-old Josh is currently serving as Diversity Programs Advisor in the Office for Diversity and Inclusion at Berklee College of Music. 

Josh attended undergraduate study at the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Sociology with a dual minor in Women Studies and Race, Class and Power.  He currently is working on an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Boston College.  His experience is strongly rooted in student advocacy for accessibility, universal design of culture and empowering students to become messengers of social justice.  Additionally, Josh works to motivate others with disabilities to go after their most extreme goals by training and running in various marathons.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson has passionately worked with Educational Opportunity Programs in higher education for more than a decade.  He has served hundreds of young people in the Boston area, providing mentoring, tutoring and assistance applying to and enrolling in Colleges and Universities throughout the country and world.  In 1999 he joined the first in the nation, Federally Funded Educational Talent Search program to work exclusively with students with disabilities called Project REACH at the University of Massachusetts in Boston.  He also served as the Marketing Director for the Massachusetts Educational Opportunity Association (MEOA) helping to design and develop their first web site.

From 2007 to 2010 he served as Multicultural Educator - Program Manager in the Office for Cultural Diversity at Berklee College of Music.  In this role he was instrumental in developing student engagement and programming.  He also helped establish and co-chaired the Universal Access Committee, which has worked on developing a Universal Access Policy & Mission for Berklee.  In 2010 Kevin was promoted to Director of the Office for Diversity & Inclusion.  In this new roll he collaborates with many departments and student groups across the college to foster an atmosphere of access and respect for all.

Kevin Johnson received his M.A. in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

William S. Fenson

Over the past 20 years, Bill Fenson has served thousands of individuals with career development, employment counseling, career alignment, job transitions, and small business success. Bill has relocated to Texas from upstate New York, where he started The Skills Emporium, LLC, a private consulting practice. He is a published author of a research book, Implementing and Managing Telework: A Guide for Those Who Make It Happen.

Bill is a past president of the National Employment Counseling Association and has attained their highest honor: the Judy Gohegan-Doi Award of Distinguished Service (March 2008). Additionally, Bill has several years of experience with direct service to veterans, including a close working relationship with Disabled Veteran Outreach Program (DVOP) and Local Veteran Employment Representatives (LVER) and their direct referrals at workforce centers.

Bill holds a Master of Science in Career and Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
