Change Management: Guidelines to Completing Successful Acquisitions

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session walks through the decision-making process, communication techniques, integration and execution of change management before, during and after an acquisition.

Success of a merger or acquisition depends as much on change management as on the strategic and financial fit. A successful outcome requires wide-scale integration of people and cultures including their processes, systems and practices. Receive a framework for transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired employee structure and determine whether an acquisition meets anticipated goals.
