The Foundation for Success: Effectively Aligning Performance Management Systems with Total Rewards

2014 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session identifies a proven methodology that effectively aligns performance with rewards, and discusses tools and techniques to ensure design success.

Effectively managing, evaluating and rewarding employee performance is the cornerstone of everything you are expected to accomplish. However, many organizations are just not doing it right! The primary reasons are two-fold: 1) lack of consistency in management thought and application throughout the organization, and 2) non-alignment between employee performance and rewards. Rubino offers practical tools, tips and techniques that specifically address these two critical concerns, including how to determine the most appropriate total reward components to use. Using real-world examples, he discusses how to design a strategic performance management methodology that really works.
