5 Quick Wins with Difficult Hiring Managers
Many of us have worked with hiring managers and hiring decision-makers who are either difficult to make happy or indecisive, or who even obstruct some of our best efforts to help find and hire top talent. We will cover such topics as stronger engagement-planning tactics, more effective midsearch communication tools and techniques, and other ways to make “deposits” into the “relationship piggy bank” that help change behavior over time.
