Job Descriptions vs. Job Ads: What's the Difference and Why It Matters
There is a difference between a job description and a job ad. One is full of dull and empty words, and the other one generates more quality, engaging candidates and can easily be created using a few steps, tips and tricks—things you may already being doing. Putting these things together, creatively, to tell your story and share your culture, produces a high-quality ad that generates attraction and applicant conversions for a high-quality applicant pool.
