Rethinking, Rebuilding and Reinforcing Culture

2019 Talent Conference & Exposition
This session will simplify the dynamic process of overhauling organizational culture with the right questions and processes.

Culture is at the center of everything you do and who you're becoming as you lead and execute both day to day and for the long term, starting with recruitment and retention and continuing all the way through driving strategic growth and impact. But you may not even know what your culture is, how it was formed, who's influencing it, and if it's driving your business forward or holding you back. This session will guide you in building a living, breathing, dynamic culture that empowers your people to take ownership and make decisions to drive forward what your organization really needs―they’ll become the best version of themselves through the work they do and the organization they're a part of while at the same time improving the organization's capability.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what your culture was, what it is now and what it needs to be so that each person, department and office has true clarity into what is really most important.
  • Learn how to build a strategic core that fosters aligned accountability in who you are (your vision, mission and standards), the needs you fill (critical challenges facing your marketplace and customers), and the value you create (impact that truly matters both internally and externally).
  • Learn to activate your culture with the right focus, frequency and follow-through to reinforce purposeful execution and day-to-day agility.
