Chris Murdock is a veteran of the recruiting and talent acquisition industry with twenty years of experience spanning across multiple industries. Murdock founded IQTalent Partners in 2009 and now leads search execution and client relationships for his 150- person firm. Prior to establishing IQTalent Partners as a talent acquisition leader, Murdock worked with Yahoo!’s internal executive recruiting team, gaining in-depth experience across the technology recruiting sphere. He began his career working in recruiting and sourcing roles for Heidrick & Struggles and with TMP Worldwide. Murdock earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and resides in Nashville, TN.
Sara Orton

Sara Orton is the head of Revenue Operations at Atipica, an inclusive AI platform for HR professionals who want to build more diverse and inclusive teams. Sara has worked in the civic technology and advocacy spaces prior to working with Atipica. She led efforts in California and Washington DC to reform immigration policy through time at FWD.us, focusing on empowering the technology and business communities to engage in advocacy. Sara’s teams engaged thousands of business leaders, including Coca Cola, Facebook, Apple, IBM, and General Motors, to participate in advocacy campaigns. Sara served as Deputy Director of Operations for the statewide Democratic coordinated campaign in Nevada in 2018, leading human resources and cybersecurity protocol for the campaign. Sara graduated from Stanford University, where she completed a research fellowship through the Center for the Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity.
Ashu Garg

With 6000+ research citations, 50+ patents, 35+ peer reviewed research publications, and the outstanding PhD thesis award from UIUC for his PhD thesis in Machine Learning, it’s fair to say that Ashu is one of the world’s experts in machine-learning. After his time managing Search and Personalization efforts at both Google and IBM Research, Ashu founded Bloomreach, a Visionary vendor on Gartner’s magic quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms. Now, he is applying his experience to the problem he is most truly passionate about – helping the world’s talent find their most meaningful and fulfilling work.
David Windley, SHRM-SCP

David Windley is the CEO of IQTalent Partners, Inc. and oversees the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and day to day operations. Prior to joining IQTalent Partners, Windley was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Yahoo! and Fusion-io. Additionally, Windley held executive human resources positions at Microsoft, Intuit and Silicon Graphics, Inc. He is currently the Board Chair for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and serves on the Tenant Company Board of Directors as the Compensation Committee Chair. Windley is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He earned his MBA from San Francisco State University and is a graduate of San Diego State University.
