706: Start with the Vision: The Six Step Process to Effectively Plan, Create Solutions and Take Action

2021 Annual Conference & Expo
Learn a six step process to start with the vision and solve your biggest problems with a clear plan of action of who will do what by when.

Choose your biggest challenge -- personal or professional -- and use the Six-Step Process to develop a plan and a clear path forward to solve it. This life-changing workshop will give you a planning process you can use for the rest of your life. The Dallas Cowboys, Flying J, and others used this same process to solve multi-million-dollar problems!  During this power-packed experience, each person will choose the most significant issue they are facing -- personal or professional -- then use the Six-Step Process to find a solution and develop a plan to solve it. This experience is very hands-on and interactive. The objective is that each participant walks out with a 70-80% actionable plan in hand and a clear understanding of the Six-Step Process.

Learning Objectives:

  • How some companies used the Six-Step Process to solve their biggest problems and challenges.
  • Develop a plan of who will do what by when to solve your biggest problems and achieve your vision.
  • Learn fighter-pilot lessons to stay accountable and flawlessly execute your plan at a high level.
