Ryan is driven by the company’s mission to empower people of all backgrounds to live more joyful and productive lives. The mission is a personal one that stems from a decade of unrecognized psychological trauma and depression, which saw him almost take his own life in 2019. After making a full recovery, and undergoing transformational personal growth in the process, Ryan is now focused on empowering others to improve their own mental health through organizational mental fitness classes.

Ryan was previously Co-Founder and Chief Performance Officer at PlayQ, a mobile gaming company based in Santa Monica with over $100MM in lifetime revenue. In 2015, Ryan was a recipient of Inc’s 30 Under 30 Award, recognizing the top entrepreneurs in the country. Ryan graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Father, Husband, Investor, Golfer, Yogi, Whiskey Collector, Country Music Fan, and Eagle Scout.

As the company’s Clinical Founding Instructor, Ashlei leads Savor Lining’s curriculum development and class instruction. Ashlei is a licensed marriage and family therapist, with over a decade of experience providing mental health services to the greater Los Angeles area. Ashlei has extensive and relevant experience in running her own private practice and managing clinical teams. She is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and providing culturally competent therapeutic services and resources to help people gain access to the tools and knowledge they need to feel happy and fulfilled in life. Ashlei received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, is a Certified Gottman (Level 1), Certified TF/AF CBT Therapist, and a Certified GroupX Fitness Instructor (Les Mills & more).

Ian leads Savor Lining’s partnership and production endeavors, including relationships with clinicians, employers, and most importantly, attendees. Ian bring close to a decade of experience in fostering relationships with non-profits, school districts, donors, community members, volunteers, and other strategic partners.

Ian was previously Head of Stakeholder Relations at Youth Entrepreneurs for the state of California, where he worked to implement entrepreneurship curriculum and grow the impact of driven educators at high schools throughout the state. He has a track record for growing cause-based nonprofits in 3 states since 2011. Ian received his a BA in Anthropology from Temple University.
