Developing Greater Influence by Building Trust More Effectively

2021 Annual Conference & Expo
Attendees will be equipped to build/rebuild trust effectively with your team.

Without trust, your team will never reach peak performance.  This presentation will provide you with the framework necessary for cultivating and developing an atmosphere of personal and organizational trust. Whether you're conducting a new hire orientation, participating in a long-range planning discussion with your senior team or conversing with a client or vendor, these strategies will not only help you become more effective and influential at work, but in your personal life as well.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain strategies to lessen the effects of a loss of trust and shorten the time it takes to repair damaged trust.
  • Explore three things that build or destroy trust: our actions, interactions, and reactions.
  • Discuss 5  'misses' that can cause trust to be damaged or lost, and how you can begin to rebuild it.
