Talent Tech Trends

2021 Annual Conference & Expo

Sponsored by: SHRMLabs & SHRM Enterprise Solutions

Over the past five years we’ve seen businesses turn to technology to solve their people and talent challenges. Then, COVID-19 catapulted work tech to the forefront of business. In fact, 85% of global executives reported accelerating the digitization of employee interaction and collaboration (McKinsey & Company).

Globally businesses are seeking technology to enhance engagement, increase productivity, and reduce stress. A global talent transformation is upon us and we need to ready ourselves for more changing demands.

This session will review how common workplace trends are impacting technology, and how our businesses can proactively prepare their workplaces for the future.

After attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify trending workplace challenges.
  • Describe how changes in the economy and world are impacting workplace strategies.
  • Apply trends in emerging workplace technology to needs within their workplace.
