Kortney is the managing partner of BAL’s Dallas office, serving clients in an array of business and family immigration matters. She also directly overseas a team of 180 immigration professionals who service one of the world’s largest tech companies. Kortney received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration from TCU, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
