Enrica graduated in Communication Sciences and has more than 15years of experience in the HR and Organization field, taking roles of increasing responsibilities through fast-paced digital international companies. She is now leading the Group People & Culture at Growens, the BEE parent Company, supporting 5 different Business Units people growth in the digital ecosystem. She even collaborates with Universities and postgraduate schools with lectures on HR / Change Management / Agile topics and with a tech Italian Venture Capital as Talent Advisor. Moreover, she supports research and innovation, actively participating in the international HR and Agile communities.

Based in Austin, Texas I am the Change Lead for Team Member Services at Whole Foods Market. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business and a master’s degree in Organizational Change Leadership. For over 10 years I have focused my career on Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Change Management. My current role is concentrated on Change as it pertains to Team Member Services strategic priorities to enhance the Team Member’s experience and ensure changes are adopted effectively.
