Admit Your Recruiting Strategy is Broken and Let's Do Something About It
Status message
A session in this conference ends more than 10 days after the conference! Some sessions may not appear properly in My Session Planner. We know today's 'Rules of Engagement' for recruiting talent are different. So why are you using the same strategy? It's time to use a different approach to find and meet the needs of TODAY'S workforce. Use these levels of best practices to recruit, develop, and retain the talent you need.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how the first step to success is to fix your own culture to retain the current workforce. It's easier to keep a qualified employee than to find a new one.
- Identify best practices that work (and ones that don't work), and the strategies that work better in some industries.
- Recognize the need to develop a skilled workforce from internal and external channels for long-term sourcing.
- Consider how to 'rework work' to meet the needs of both the organization and employees and do more with fewer employees.
- Apply principles of reskilling to increase talent among current and future employees to keep up with new technology and automation that helps the organization remain competitive.
In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
