2023 Talent Conference
While there is a war for talent most companies are overlooking a great talent pool: retirees. Learn how to tap into and monopolize on this population.

Retirement often conjures up these ideas of an elderly person, barely able to walk, sitting around watching TV all day. This image could not be further from the truth. Today's retirees are snow skiing, traveling, energetic, vibrant, and brilliant. Many of them have decades of business contribution left in them. The companies that recognize and tap into this talent will be ahead in the war for talent.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify new/non-traditional sources of talent.
  • Recruit and retain more senior talent.
  • Discover what retirees are looking for in employment.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
