2023 Talent Conference
Bring your talent development tools together in one robust toolbox - align the lessons from your most popular assessments.

We love our tools. Assessments are a popular way to entice participants to workshops. We love exploring our styles, how others' styles are different, and how we can adapt to achieve shared goals. Assessments can teach vital lessons for successful emotional intelligence. But too often we play with our tools in siloed toolsheds, layering the learnings without aligning and deepening them. The workshops become one-offs, engaging and educational in the moment but forgotten when demand arises for the next tool. In this session we will look at three popular talent development tools - CliftonStrengths, DiSC, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) - and how we can benefit from them individually and collectively. We will share exercises that connect ah-hahs from each and solidify your employees' growing EQ foundations. And we will share lessons learned from each other on how to bring assessments to life in the workplace. Align your tools together in one robust toolbox - join us!

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the benefits and opportunities from three popular personality and style assessments - CliftonStrengths, DiSC, and TKI Conflict.
  • Identify how the learnings from three assessments can build on each other.
  • Define the components of EQ and how each assessment addresses these components.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
