Employee Engagement or Employee EnCAGEment: Six Tactics To Unleash The Full Potential of Employees

Status message

A session in this conference ends more than 10 days after the conference! Some sessions may not appear properly in My Session Planner.
2023 Talent Conference
Attendees will learn the difference between engagement and enCAGEment, and reconsider their approach to their employee engagement strategies.

SHRM research suggests executives indicate employee engagement (EE) is one of their top five global strategies. Gallup research suggests companies spend over $100 billion on EE, and globally EE is 20% and 32% in the US. With the money being spent on EE, executives placing a priority on EE, and the sharp focus on moving the EE scores, why aren't companies reaping the rewards of its efforts? Perhaps organizations are not engaging their employees but enCAGEing them?

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the difference between Employee Engagement and Employee EnCAGEment.
  • Recall the psychological enablers of Employee Engagement.
  • Apply at least one tactic to Employee Engagement strategies.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
