With the most racially diverse generation in history entering the workforce, GenZ, employers & higher ed institutions must assess relevant methods to develop & retain early talent. The program will include case studies of Reimagine Talent Co. workforce development solutions and provide best practices for developing & retaining early talent -- through the lens of diversity, equity & inclusion.
