It's Not You... Well, Actually It Is You: The Art of Business Transformation
Seating Instructions: Seating is first-come, first-served. Reserved seating options are available for accessibility and accommodations. For detailed accessibility information, visit INFO > FAQs in the app.
There's a reason that 70% of organizational transformation efforts fail. It's the simple fact that you can't change behaviors without changing mindsets first. The root cause of most organizational problems is that people naturally focus inward, prioritizing their own needs, challenges, and objectives without an awareness of the impact on others. Organizations can only resolve internal problems and achieve breakthrough results by maximizing the extent to which their employees work to shift their mindset and begin to consider the impact of their actions on others.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the difference between an inward mindset and an outward mindset.
- Explore the major problem underlying most change initiatives and the drivers of resistance.
- Learn a simple but powerful influence model by first considering the objectives and challenges of those you're trying to influence.
