High Tech, Low Tech, or No Tech: Tools and Tips for Recruiting Success

2024 Talent Conference & Expo
This talk will apply to HR leaders, individual contributors, and talent acquisition specialists who are looking to improve their success with recruiting top talent.

Recruiting is a challenge that most companies face. Getting top talent requires more than posting and praying. The tools and technology keep evolving, and it is difficult to stay on top of what is available and when/where to make the investment. All too often there are solutions that aren't a big investment, but we just don't know about them or how to incorporate them into our hiring process.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how to use technology to improve the recruiting process.
  • Discover tools to enhance the candidate experience and minimize bias in the recruiting process.
  • Identify tools, technology, and leading practices that create efficiencies in the hiring process.
