During this session Claire will guide the audience through best practices on recruiting tools, technology, process, and most importantly, relationship building with your pipeline of ideal talent. Target audience is recruiting/talent acquisition practitioners or HR practitioners responsible for recruiting, and looking for a fresh perspective on setting themselves up for long-term success connecting with talent for their organizations.

Learning Objectives:

  • This session will be to take the HR professional through the recruiting process from start to finish including job postings, attracting candidates to apply, piquing interest on the role and organization, screening, submitting, through to the offer process.
  • A focus will be put on learning about tools, technology, process, and relationship building through all of these items in the recruiting/hiring process.
