Savvy Talent Acquisition: Making Every Dollar Count

2024 Talent Conference & Expo
The process of finding top talent can be overwhelming when you are also trying to get through benefits enrollment provide training and coach managers on the latest performance issue, but it can be done with the right process.

There are only 24 hours in a day!  As a small HR department you have so much to get done - how do you fit recruiting in with everything else on your plate?  Using multiple streams of activity, you can ensure that you are ready to go with minimal time when that key employee gives notice.  Its not about posting an ad and going through tons of useless applicants.    It starts with advertising the position as if you are writing a super bowl ad and getting the right people to apply.  Then you must have an internal process that will identify the best and eliminate the rest.  We have to meet candidates where they are and be the employer of choice that they are excited about.  Concluding with recommendations on per-employment testing, background checks and offer letter, we'll take the mystery out of recruiting.  Using technology and a system that Lori has developed, you can start doing this in no time!

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify ways to automate the recruiting process.
  • Write ads that attract the right candidates.
  • Create an organization of choice.
  • Implement programs that will help the whole organization understand the candidate experience.
