Diversity and inclusion is not important due to the racial unrest in America at this current time, but rather due to the evidence showing exponential return on the investment. From a millennial workforce to diverse backgrounds, corporations are feeling the pressure to compete for business as well as top talent. As a former professional basketball player and now community leader and advocate, I've seen my share of change and in this workshop participants will explore 7 steps to reset workplace culture with an emphasis on commitment, evaluation, and execution.

As Executive Director of AMEND Together, he leads a nationally recognized program engaging men and boys to end violence against women. Foster's leadership expanded AMEND Together to multiple states. A charismatic speaker and facilitator, he explores the intersections of race, gender, and identity, addressing audiences from corporations to sports programs. Foster's basketball achievements at Vanderbilt University include numerous awards and induction into halls of fame. He actively serves on various boards and has received accolades for his influential work.
