In this informative and engaging session participants will identify ways to apply an equity lens in talent acquisition and selection, talent engagement, development and performance, team membership, and talent retention strategies. Participants will leave the session armed with a framework, tools, and solutions that will generate a more positive, productive, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn what key questions and observable behaviors can reveal about common inequities and unintended biases within the organization.
- Identify ways to apply an equity lens in talent acquisition and selection, talent engagement, development and performance, team membership, and talent retention strategies.
- Leave the session armed with a framework, tools, and solutions that will generate a more positive, productive, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all.
