There is a heightened focus on pay equity, pay transparency, and pay reporting and it's growing. This presentation will update the SHRM community on the impact of EEOC and OFCCP enforcement pay trends, ramifications from pay data collection initiatives, and potential implications of the U.S. presidential election on the future of pay equity. The session will highlight the landscape and leave attendees with strategic and practical tips for analyzing and reporting pay data.

Joanna Colosimo, M.A., is the Vice President of Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy at DCI Consulting Group, where she leads a division that consults on OFCCP compliance, pay equity, audit strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also assists clients with defining their diversity, compliance, and pay equity programs. Joanna presents at conferences on pay equity, diversity, and OFCCP topics and writes for multiple publications. Joanna earned a M.A. degree in I/O Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Psychology from Roanoke College. She holds a SHRM-SCP certification and serves on the Board of WMILG.
Krystal Welland
Krystal Welland is Silberman Law’s Lead Statistician. Krystal performs complex statistical analyses related to pay equity, affirmative action, adverse impact, and DE&I. Krystal works closely with the firm’s clients to develop meaningful, practical and strategic analyses that help employers address pay gaps, enhance EEO and OFCCP compliance, and move the needle on diversity. Krystal regularly presents at local, regional, and national ILG conferences.
