She received her Masters’ degree in HRM from Capella University, is a Certified Strengths Coach and holds both SHRM-SCP and CAE designations.

He is a critical part of the Talent Management Employee Experience and broader HR team, supporting talent recruitment and retention and employee engagement solutions that enable an agile, engaged, and inclusive workplace.
