Authentic Leadership Lessons to Build High Performing Teams and Cultures
This session will present tools and learnings developed over the last 35 years of Jim's career building High Performing Teams and Inclusive cultures at the world's largest Media companies, including Walt Disney, Dreamworks, and 20th Century Fox. The content will be focused on practical and real world stories and solutions from a C-suite executive for leading with authenticity to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals. The session will be based on the 10 Leadership and Life Lessons Jim introduced in his book All Pride, No Ego: A Queer Executive's guide to living and leading authentically published in August 2023.

Jim Fielding
Jim Fielding is a respected leader and C-Suite veteran in brand strategy, consumer products and experiences, and storytelling. He is a passionate advocate and philanthropist for the Queer Community, higher education, and diversity, equity and inclusion. As author of All Pride, No Ego (Wiley, Aug. 15, 2023), he is committed to safe and authentic spaces for all individuals and communities. Jim spends his time as an Executive Coach, Speaker, and Advocate now and gives back through his work with Braven Mentoring, the Indiana University Foundation Board, and The Trevor Project.
