A living wage is an essential component of your JEDI strategy, employee wellbeing, internal equity, and elevating the operational efficiencies of your organization. Organizations often find they are not paying employees a living, let alone a thriving, wage. Learn how two organizations, Ford Foundation and The James Irvine Foundation, had the courage to ask themselves the question and then do something about it, and how you can lead your organization to take the next step.
