2021 Annual Conference & Expo

As the trend of employees leaving organizations grows in 2021, business leaders need to reflect and determine ways to retain talent and promote a sense of community.  Workhuman data shows that there is a direct correlation with high employee retention and gratitude or recognition – employees who give and receive recognition are 2.6x less likely to leave. CAA is using Applause, its peer-to-peer recognition program to promote a sense of belonging and reduce turnover.
