Andrea Herron is a seasoned HR Executive, author of "There's an Elephant in Your Office," and host of the HR Scoop podcast. She is a passionate advocate for addressing mental health in the workplace, bolstering diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and tenaciously strives to implement values driven leadership and a healthy sense of humor in every workplace.  

Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She also holds multiple certifications in Human Resources Management and is an accredited Fierce Conversation and Personalysis Facilitator, and a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two kids, and French Bulldog Norman.
