Attendees will become aware of the necessary conditions for a successful D&I implementation strategy.

This session builds the case for a mental health approach to a D&I implementation strategy by answering these three questions: 1. How inclusive working environments make good social-equity and business sense? 2. What is the latest science showing how our feelings influence of our thoughts and actions? 3. Why mental and emotional workplace health is a necessary condition to inclusive workplaces?

Learning Objectives:

  • Revise the scientific evidence supporting the case for diverse and inclusive working environments.
  • Understand the latest Emotional Technology that shows the conditions that will build stronger, healthier, and more inclusive teams.
  • Anticipate the dynamics of diverse teams in the context of remote work.
